What is included
English and Chinese
We can plan and write both versions, with language links and search settings that pair the pages. The quote states which pages and languages are included.
Booking, ordering and reservations
Customers can book a service, reserve a table or place a pickup order. We can connect the platform you already use, or build the workflow you need.
Online shop
Product pages, a cart and payment integration. We agree on the catalogue, checkout and order handling before building.
Business tools
Customer portals, databases and business logic can be part of the project. We start with the tasks you need to do each day.
Move an existing site
We review what you have, keep the content that works, and plan the move to the new site. The scope covers domain access, content transfer and redirects.
Search setup
Page titles and descriptions, structured data, an XML sitemap and Google Search Console. English and Chinese pages get hreflang links; Google Maps can be connected when relevant. Search rankings are not promised.
Content help
Page planning and copywriting in English, Chinese or both. We work from your business details and help select the text and images each page needs.
What is outside this plan
- The quote lists what is included. New pages or functions are agreed and quoted before work starts.
- Platform subscriptions, payment processing and other third-party charges are separate from the build.

- What the site needs to do, who uses it, and which pages and languages you need.
- Your business details, brand materials, photos and any existing content.
- Access to the current site, domain and booking, ordering or payment tools that will be connected.
- For a shop: product information and your payment, delivery and pickup arrangements.
- One person to review the designs, answer questions and approve launch.
Timeline and process
Talk and quote
A short call covers your goals, current site and daily workflow. We then send a written quote listing pages, languages, functions, revision rounds and the timeline. Third-party costs are listed separately.
Plan and design
We agree on the page structure, prepare the content and show the designs for review before building.
Build and check
We build the approved pages and connections, check them on phones and computers, and let you test the customer and owner workflows.
Launch and hand over
A custom website usually takes 1–2 weeks; booking and shop projects usually take 4–8 weeks. Your written quote sets the dates for your project. We connect the domain and hand over the files and account access.
After launch: care plans
Every plan includes 3 months of care. After that, care continues automatically month to month — cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing month, or take over the site yourself.
