Process

How the project moves forward

Four steps, in order, with a clear handoff at each one. You’ll never wonder what’s happening or what comes next.

  1. 01

    Set the scope

    You provide
    An hour of your time and honest answers about your business: what customers ask, what tasks the site must handle, what you like and dislike about sites you’ve seen.
    We do
    We turn that into a page plan and feature list, confirm who provides which content, and put a timeline against it.
    Output
    A written scope you approve before any design starts; it’s also what the price is anchored to.
    Duration
    Usually 1–3 days.
  2. 02

    Design

    You provide
    Feedback. Specific beats polite: “the photo feels dark” helps more than “looks fine.”
    We do
    We design the pages, show you the result, and make the agreed revisions.
    Output
    A design you’ve approved screen by screen.
    Duration
    Quick Launch moves in days; custom design usually takes 1–2 weeks.
  3. 03

    Launch

    You provide
    Access to your domain if you already own one, or ten minutes to register one with us.
    We do
    We connect the domain, publish the site, submit the sitemap to search engines and verify everything resolves correctly.
    Output
    A live website on your domain, submitted for indexing and verified in Search Console.
    Duration
    Launch day itself is usually one day.
  4. 04

    Care

    You provide
    Nothing, unless something changes; then a quick email.
    We do
    Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, security updates and small content updates, included for your first 3 months.
    Output
    A site that stays online, current and secure while you run your business.
    Duration
    3 months included, then $49/month unless you cancel or take over.

How payment works

Build plans are one-time prices in CAD: half as a deposit when the scope is approved, half before launch. We accept Interac e-Transfer. Care, after the included 3 months, bills monthly.

What about revisions?

The scope defines the revision rounds included in your plan. Changes beyond scope aren’t refused — they’re quoted in advance at $85/hour, in writing, before any work starts.

If you’d rather run it yourself

Any time after launch, we transfer the domain, files and hosting to accounts you control, with no transfer fee. The website is yours either way.
